Make a Payment


Two steps are necessary. Just completing the "Client Payment Form" does not actually submit any payment.  You must be redirected and receive confirmation through Paypal that a payment was made.  If this second step does not happen payment was not made.  Then please leave a message on our voicemail at


1.  Complete the  "Client Payment Form"  

2.  Click the "Proceed to Checkout" to submit the payment form

3.  You will be re-directed to a payment page and click "Pay Now"

You can pay your copay, co-insurance, deductible and any invoice you have received from Family Connections by using your paypal, any credit/debit card, or HSA card.

Please note there is a 3% charge when using any form of credit.
