St. Louis Park's Family Connections Counseling Center is seeking Independent Psychotherapists to join our team. We offer a supportive environment for you and your clients to move forward in their journeys.

Our primary focus is trauma, but our population struggles with a variety of mental health diagnoses. Our clinic has a fully equipped playroom for the littles as part of our play therapy program. A sand tray room filled with images rich in metaphor and symbolism awaits adolescents and adults who wish to explore this deeper level of therapeutic work. On-site training opportunities in sand tray therapy and play therapy are significantly reduced or free. Group therapy can be held in an incredibly comfortable conference room. In addition, we offer a higher percentage split than most clinics. We are eager to meet you if this sounds intriguing! Candidates with experience in family and couples therapy are a plus.

We offer a supportive work environment with multiple responsibilities. Qualified and interested candidates will be scheduled for initial phone interviews.

An ideal candidate will be career-minded, and professional, have healthcare experience, enjoy patient interaction, have strong administrative skills, and multitask. As this position offers flexibility, attendance must be reliable and consistent.The right candidate must be self-motivated, reliable, and hardworking.
