CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made in writing. A non-refundable deposit of $125 is required to hold a reservation for all trainings except The History of Play Therapy. If a $125 deposit is made and failure to pay the remainder by four (4) weeks preceding the training, you risk forfeiting your seat. Registrations are accepted on a first-come-first serve basis. Seating capacity is listed to six (6) participants (for the four day intensives). If capacity is reached at the time you send your deposit or full registration fee, you will receive full reimbursement. Or you can chose to keep your name on a waiting list for possible cancellations. If no cancellations occur, you will be fully refunded. Or you can apply your registration fees to another training and adhere to all terms in this cancellation policy. If you chose the latter, a refund of the deposit will be forfeited.
Written cancellations received prior to ten (10) weeks of the training will receive a refund (minus the $125 deposit). Cancellations received within the ten (10) weeks of the training are subject to an additional $200 processing fee (plus the non-refundable deposit), with the remainder being fully refunded. We regret that no refunds can be given within the four (4) weeks proceeding the trainings. Additionally, refunds will not be made to participants who register, but for unseen circumstances are unable to attend. Registrations may be transferred to another person without penalty upon notification to presenter by the original registrant.

Due to the limited seating capacity of these workshops, no exceptions can be made to this policy. The presenter reserves the right to cancel this workshop in the event of unforeseen circumstances. In such an event, an attempt will be made to notify registrants at least ten (10) calendar days prior to the training and the full registration fee will be refunded. In all instances, the presenter liability is limited to refunds of registration fees only. This workshop may be cancelled or postponed if less than four (4) participants have registered for the training. Notification of such cancellation will occur no later than four (4) weeks prior to a training unless ongoing communication occurs between presenter and participants and there is agreement to postpone cancelling with the hope additional registrations will occur.
