Family Connections offers a wide array of counseling services for adults, adolescents,
children and families to address issues of depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and trauma.
Family Connections utilizes various standard therapeutic approaches such as cognitive
behavioral therapyin addition to speciality approaches to address these issues. The
speciality approaches include Somatic Experiencing, EMDR (Eye Movement
Desentization Reprocessing), sand tray therapy and play therapy (for children). Please
